Seriously?

Me at the store grocery shopping.

For crying out loud. There's plenty of room.

  1. Supermarket rage is a very real thing…. I suffer from it frequently because everyone at the supermarket always seems to be an idiot!

  2. That's the same person who will park her cart in the middle of the aisle and refuse to move.

  3. Yup. Alex is right. It's also the same person who will ask you to move while you are debating between two kinds of coffee so that they can stand in front of you and debate three kinds of coffee. I don't mind moving for someone who knows what they want and is just going to grab it off the shelf. But if you're browsing too, wait your turn!

  4. It's the person who inspects every single package of meat looking for that one special package with the ineffable pork chop in it.
(True story: I waited five minutes for some old lady and her husband while they inspected every pork chop package then threw the ones they didn't want into a large pile on top of some other kind of meat. I decided to go do the rest of my shopping. 20 minutes or more later when I came back, they were still there!)

  5. I like to shop early in the morning, when the store first opens, to avoid supermarket nonsense. I quickly get what I want and peruse labels without interruptions.

  7. What Alex said. It's easy enough to go around. Speaking of, that's what I've got to go and do today...

  8. The cart parking in the middle of the aisle gets to me. I really dislike the grocery store.

  9. I don't get polite excuse me's here. I get old women who shove past me like I'm some sort of annoying sapling that has somehow sprung up in the middle of the dairy aisle.
